Since 1991, Flavin Realty has been a leader in total sales in Calcasieu Parish. We sold more homes and commercial property than any other real estate company in the area. Dan Flavin attributes the exceptional sales performance of the firm to the sales staff's superior training and their knowledge of the community: "We specialize in relocation. We take a personal interest in our customers and they come back to us when they are ready to move up to a larger home or to relocate".
Dan Flavin, President of Flavin Realty, Inc., continues the commitment to excellence that was established by his father, Bill Flavin, the founder of the agency. Dan is a licensed Broker and Realtor and has served on committees of the National Association of Realtors, Louisiana Realtor Association, and the Greater Calcasieu Board of Realtors. He served as a member of the Louisiana Real Estate Commission from 1989-1995 and in the capacity of Chairman in 1995. He is currently serving as a Louisiana State Representative.
